Part I shows you the amount of ascorbic acid (Vitamin C powder) you need to take in for a desired amount of Vitamin C absorbed by the body. E.G. in case you weigh a 100kg, then you need to take 11g of ascorbic powder OR 3,14g of liposomal Vitamin C to reach the prophylactic amount of 22mg/kg bodyweight.
